vCenter Converter support for dvSwitch and Nexus 1000v

Has anything changed since this was published in May 2009:

http://www.vmware.com/support/vsphere4/doc/vsp_vcc_41_rel_notes.html

VMware vCenter Converter for vCenter Server 4.0 | 21 May 2009 | Build 161418

Last Document Update: 21 May 2009

Import and export tasks fail when a vNetwork Distributed Switch is selected as the network for the target virtual machine

When you create an import or export task and select a vNetwork Distributed Switch from the network selection for the target virtual machine, the task begins but fails immediately with the following error message: Unknown error returned by vCenter Converter agent. This problem is seen when you use the Import or Export wizards or the converter-tool Command-Line Interface (CLI) to create the task.

Workaround: Select a network for the target virtual machine that is not a vNetwork Distributed Switch.

We ran into this issue a few weeks back and seeing how this problem existed since last year, does vCenter 4.0 update 1 or 2 address this? Thanks.
