We have a 6 host Lab Manager 4 cluster that's up and running without Host Spanning networking. I have just received our upgrade for vSphere 4 Enterprise +. Each host has 6 1GBps ethernet ports. They are currently configured with 2 virtual nic's for Service Console, VMkernel & VM network. I would like to roll out the Host Spanning capability.

How should I go about reconfiguring the virtual switches to add the dVswitch?

What's the best way to add Host Spanning to LM4 without disrupting the existing configurations?

Thanks,
Blake

What did you end up doing here? I need to create a dVn and migrate the mass amounts from my exisiting LM environment.
