I have a machine with 12GB of ram and i want to run 2 servers and 2 client.. I currently have a AMD 6000+ Dual core...

Is it worth it to put a quadcore cpu in this system like a AMD X4 630???

Thanks

It depends how CPU intensive your Guests are. Since you have a dual core host, just make sure to configure each of your Guests with a single vCPU and enough RAM. Then give things a try.

I would guess that people typically run into disk storage performance bottlenecks before CPU bottlenecks on modern systems.
