Hello All,

I am getting this error when i try to install the Sever 3i 3.5.0

Unable to find a supported device to write the VMWare server 3i 3.5.0 image to.

Please help, i have tried to change the mode of the Sata hard drive to legacy and ata

I tried adding the "nocheckCPUIDLimit" to the boot option.

But still the same error, can some shed some light on this.

Have you checked whether your hardware is compatible?

I would visit http://vm-help.com for help with unsupported hardware. That site has specific directions for installing to some hardware and other helpful instructions.
