Sometimes (not all the time) when I am working with Vmware View Version 3.1.1 and adding new desktops my View Servers hangs when I press the Next Button,

it hangs here, you select you VC server I click next and Vmware View just stops there the only way to get it back is rebooting the Vmware View Services on windows or rebooting the physical server but this takes all my View sessions down so my users get impacted.

I added the screen when I got stuck

any idea what could be causing this issue?
