I am having the same error and it is definitely not a hardware or driver issue.
I can see where the sysprep files are getting copied to the Admin$ share on the source, but they are not getting copied from there to the "All Users" profile.
Thus it is not finding the sysprep files when it goes to run them.
I can not find any additional messages to explain why this intermediate step is failing.
When I manually copy the sysprep files to the All Users profile, it works fine. But this is a pain to create the whole directory tree.
