The VMware Support portal encountered an error while processing your
request. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you choose to report
this error, please provide the following error information:

Error code: VL40
Error date: Mon Nov 02 13:43:07 PST 2009
Err 4 user: xerces8@butn.net
Exception: Error finding SRSupportCenterId

I tried to contact support to change my account email. I clicked on http://www.vmware.com/support/secure/redirectToSiebel.do?vmware=sblOTRSSR

Hello xerces8,

To change your email address, I would recommend the VMware Support Contact Options.

Meanwhile, I will notify support that the Support portal application generated an error for you.
