Hello i had Converted a dell d830 with Converter 4.01. The Converter is running from my local machine (Windows XP).

the Converter is finish 100%

And i have a blue screen stop 0x7b, when i start the VM with Vmworkstation 6.5.2.

I join the printscreen image.

That usually means it has the wrong SCSI adapter and is unable to boot. Are you sure the P2V fully completed and installed the VMware tools?

Hello

Yes i'm sure the p2v is 100% completed. And i checked the vmware tools before converter.

But Dell d830 don't have scsi adaptor. It s a laptop with ultra ata storage controller.

Hello

I resolve my problem.

I select when i start converter (4.01), i select in devices\ disk controller (scsi bus logic).
