Mock Exam VCP3 not working posted: Oct 20, 2009 1:11 PM

Hi All,

I've been studing for my VCP for the last month or so and have been using the Mock Exam for VCP3. In the last couple of days, when clicking on the link, it has been giving me an error:

*Error*! Your request cannot be processed. Please check the information before re-submitting.

I sent a few emails out but no one has gotten back to me on whether or not its just me or if its broken. I've been using the Mock Exam just to answer practice questions to get me set to hopefully take it in November. Has anyone else had this problem when accessing the Mock Exam for VCP3? It appears the exam for VCP4 works fine.

One of the students on my VI3 course did the VCP3 mock exam today, and it worked fine for him....

Hi Scott,

Thanks for the quick response. I just checked again and I've tried it from three different computers. Still not working for me. Even tried using IE7 and IE8. Not sure what is going but sound like it might be something on my end.

I just tried as well, it's working for me, both using FF and IE. Try clearing all your internet cache.

Thanks for checking. I tried dumping all my cache from my computer and it still didn't work. I even tried it on my home computer and I still get the same error. Maybe it has something to do with my account. I thought about creating another account to see if that is the problem.

I had the same issue last week. I thought it was giving me the error because I had "passed" with 100. Have you passed it with 100? If so that could be the issue.

I took my official VCP310 exam this weekend and passed. I scored a 94%. Make sure that you get some lab/hands on in your preparation. Good luck.

Thanks for the feed back. I wish my issue was scoring to high on the mock exam. If that was the case, I wouldn't be too concerned :D

I ended up creating a new account on the website to see if it was my account or the computer. My new test account has no problem being able to access the mock exam and running through it. When logging back to my normal account, the error pops up again. It is definitely account related. I contacted support with the website and workingn with them now.
