Hello everyone, hope someone can help as I am getting really fustrated with the problem. I have Poweredge 2800 with Windows 2008 64 Bit host and VMWare Server 2.0. It does not support VT but is 64 bit. When I try to install a 64 bit guest OS, it says the CPU is not supported in 64 bit. Is there any way of getting 64 bit guest OS into VMWare on a Dell Poweredge 2800. Thanks.

No, you need VT in order to run 64 bit guests. See this knowledgebase article.
