Someone at VMware is interested in presenting on ThinApp for VMUG groups. At this point it is in the "who's interested" phase (for which I raised my hand). To help get on the list, I need to give them a date range we would be available. Since Veeam is already set to sponsor the regular September meeting and November is too far out for many of us that have to submit 2010 IT budgets, I would like to schedule an "extra" meeting for people wanting to know more about it. My proposal is to ask for a date in July or early August. The scheduling for a meeting place gets tricky unless I have a rough idea of how many people might come and how much notice VMware will give me.

Keep in mind that VMware World runs Aug. 31-Sep. 3 so a week or so either side of that will be out.
