Help! Hi I am a newbie and can not access my CD ROM Drive to load Windows 2008 Server on a Virtual Machine that I created. I have attempted to Connect and Disconect the Drive from the CONSOLE of the Virtual Machince but I can not access the drive. Once the CONSOLE loads there is attempt to boot from the Network or access a DHCP server the I get the error NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND Duh.... Ia am trying to load it (:-) but can not access the CD Drive. Thanks in advance for your help.

you have confirmed the media is set to client and "connect at power on/connected" is set? Also, make sure the BIOS is set to have CD ROM as it's first boot device

Plus, you have confirmed the media is bootable?
