Open Virtual Machine Library (i.e. start Fusion). Hover the mouse over the machine you want to delete and note where the VM is stored. While still in the Virtual Machine Library select the machine you want to delete and hit "delete" key. Use the Finder to navigate to VM and delete it.
I just upgraded to v2 and am trying to remove my bootcamp partition which is no longer needed. I viewed the help doc and it says to select the virtual machine and choose edit > delete. The delete button is grayed out and selecting the delete key does not work either. Any ides?
Do you have an ETA on when the release will be ready with this fix? I don't want to override the shared folder alert message because I'm not sure if it's correct or just a bug and don't want to jeopardize file integrity.
VMware policy is to not comment on unannounced things like release dates, but there's an unofficial, experimental build at Re: Bug hunt: Extremely slow boot times which should have the fix.
