Thank you. Very helpful. I did use vmrun, see below. Just what the Dr ordered. I suggest not using "KeepAlive" key with 2.0b2 as Fusion is looking for a vmware.vmsg message dictionary. Since it can't find it (at least not for me), launchd throttles respawn even though the program is otherwise running ok.
