This script copies a hierarchical tree of resource pools from one cluster to another.
It can easily be adapted to not to use Clusters as the starting point.
As usual, use at your own risk.

- The script now optionally copies resource group permissions thanks to work by ekjreci and lucd.
- The script also tries to use cmdlet/function like command-line arguments (e.g., -FromCluster cluster) when calling scripts and will prompt for 'from' and 'to' cluster names
