Remove virtual machines that may have been deleted directly on ESX(i) host but not reflected in vCenter, also known as orphaned VMs.

Sample execution:

[vi-admin@tancredi ~]$ ./removeOrphansFromvCenter.pl --server reflex2.primp-industries.com --username primp
Enter password:
Searching Host: everest.primp-industries.com
        hey_im_orphaned orphaned & Removed from inventory!
