What is Partner Exchange?
VMware Partner Exchange is the annual global partner conference dedicated to enabling partners for success in selling and deploying VMware solutions, products and services. Learn how to accelerate your business with VMware while strengthening relationships with peers and enthusiasts from around the world. Partner Exchange reinforces VMware’s commitment to our partners, as well as serves as a launch platform for new products and corporate initiatives.

Focused chiefly on enablement and training, the conference will include more than 170 breakout sessions, over 26 hands-on lab topics, an extensive pre-conference boot camp program, general sessions featuring VMware senior executives and industry keynotes, as well as an Executive Track and meeting program, an expo hall showcasing top VMware sponsors and exhibitors, and a variety of networking receptions.

Who should attend?
Partner Exchange attendees are a mix of IT technical professionals and IT business decision-makers from Partner organizations of all sizes, representing a wide range of industries. We will bring together more than 4,000 attendees from 63 countries, as well as 70 plus sponsors and exhibitors.

When and where will Partner Exchange take place?
VMware Partner Exchange will take place February 11 – February 16, 2012, at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.

How much does it cost to attend VMware Partner Exchange 2012?

What do I get for being an Alumni?
For our Alumni partners, register with your official company email and get $100 USD off the current rate. You will also receive access to the Alumni Lounge at the event.

Are there any discounts available?
Yes, the only discount we will be offering are group discount packages from (December 22 - February 11) when purchasing more than three (3+) tickets in one (1) transaction. Details coming soon.

What is the payment policy?
Event registration will be processed online. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, Discover, or American Express. Payment must accompany online registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

How can I get a Visa?
Visa requests take approximately 48-72 business hours to be processed by VMware. Additionally, please allow 2-3 weeks' time for your Embassy to process the request. Find your local US embassy location. Please note the Visa requests will not be accepted after January 18, 2012.

Can I bring a guest?
Attendees are permitted to register one guest who is 21 years of age or older. Registered guests are permitted to attend the Welcome Reception on Monday, February 13, 2012 and the Partner Appreciation Party on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. The Guest Pass fee is $300. The Guest Pass does not include access to breakout sessions, general sessions, labs, breakfast or lunch, or any other activities that are reserved for attendees with Full Conference passes. Guest passes can be purchased during online registration or onsite at the conference registration desk.

What does a conference pass include?
Your conference pass entitles you to all Breakout Sessions, General Sessions, Hands-on Labs, Solutions Exchange, Welcome Reception and Partner Appreciate Party.

What does an Expo Only pass include?
Your expo only pass entitles you to General Sessions, Solutions Exchange, Welcome Reception and Partner Appreciate Party.

How do I sign up for sessions?
You will be able to register for sessions approximately 1 month (or whenever it is) before the conference begins. All registrants will receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for sessions, once the sessions are available.

How do I obtain a receipt?
Your confirmation email outlines your payment, and serves as your receipt, if you need a new copy please send an email to vmware@regsvc.com.
