template deployment on linux vcenter

Hello,
it is possible to use sysprep customisation of deployed guest OS template on linux-vcenter? If it is, how...? I've found folder /etc/vmware-vpx/sysprep/, but when I put sysprep files here, it still does not offer me options of customizing deployed template.

vCenter on Linux dumping core every 2 days for an offline ESX 3.5u4 host?

In looking for the vpxd logs for an unrelated post below, I noticed vpxd is core dumping every two days. The vpxd.log and core file are 39 MB compressed so I have put them here: http://senduit.com/8d4620 (valid for one week from date of this posting).

The only host that is registered to this vCenter is offline at the moment. This looks like vCenter is attempting to heartbeat that ESX 3.5u4 host that is offline, here's the stack trace:

Console in vCenter not displaying properly

Hi

Been using the Linux VC however when I click on the console tab for my VM's I sometimes can't see the whole screen whilst sometimes I see part of the summary screen, any else notice this?

I just installed the 2/22 bits and it's 6/10. Is there a planned refresh in the works soon? What can VMware say about the vCenter 4 version? External references also welcome.
