Looking for the article "Layers of indirection"
I am looking for a article called "layers if indirection". I heard about it on the Communities Roundtable Podcast. I believe it was written by one of the storage guys, maybe Scott Lowe or Chad Sakac

I have searched all over the palae but have been unable to find it.

virtualization training
I'm fortunate enough to have a company with a large IT training budget. I have already taken the "install and configure" VMware training class and I am a VCP. I'm trying to decide on another training class to take for this year. I would like to take the DSA VMware training class, but not just yet since the VCDX cert is not complete. I want the VCDX exam process to be established for a while before I get into that.

My question is this... If you had a pick of a virtualization training class to take, which one would you take? I really have a pick of any type of training I want to attend, but I want to focus on virtualization. Location and cost do not matter (as long it is in the US). I am already a VCP, CCNA, MCSE and Security+. The company is already going to send us to ITIL and MCITP (MCSE 2008) training this year. I'm really looking for a training course that covers all virtualization aspect and maybe some linux. I have been to Hyper-V events, and I'm not to impressed just yet. But I would like something that revolves around virtualization.

Value of 30 PSO credits??

What is the approximate $$$ value of the 30 PSO credits included with the VI3 Midsize Acceleration Kit??
I've seen comments in this forum that these credits cover the cost of the I & C course.

Thank you, Tom

Why does VMware refuse to educate their customers ?

Looks like this new forum is the right place to ask some old questions again.

Why is there no in-depth documentation of vmx-parameter ?
Why is there no in-depth documentation of the Windows-tool vnetlib.exe ?
Why is there not even a rudimentary guide on vmdk/snapshot repair ?
Why is there not even a rudimentary guide on trouble-shooting log-files ?

Me and other long-term members of VMTN have requested all this docs over and over again since years ...

Regards Ulli
