can you not install converter directly to the virtual machine while powered on? then simply choose "physical" and "this local machine"

also, "Impersonating user jotten" - highly suggest to use local admin instead

As you can see I am trying to convert te standard Virtual Server (MS) image that I download from Microsoft with Exchange 2007.. Help is needed or Vmware Converter needs to be updated with the new format.

Also tried importing with Vmware Workstation 6.. same problem...
