From the VMWare Fusion Help menu, VMWare Fusion Help, Managing Virtual machines, Sharing Files Between Virtual Machines and Your Mac.

Take a look and see if that is sufficient for you.

Backup from XP on Mac to External Hard Drive?

Can someone help me create a shared folder/portal through which I can back up my quicken files to an external hard drive? I have an intel based Mac with a partition running XP SP2 using VMware. I have an external hard drive and need to backup my files to that hard drive.
