Online software registration issue with Network Card
Hi,

I'm just recently swapped from a PC to the Mac and installed VMWare Fusion but I'm running into an issue with the online registration of one of my programs.

a. When I try and register across the internet it just fails

b. An alternative offline registration option allows you to creat an ARF file and send it for approval, but I get another error saying it failed to create the activation ID and asked me to make sure the Network Card is installed or the TCP/IP is installed.

Connection to the internet is fine, I'm using NAT, this is the first online registration I've had to do all my other programs have installed just fine.

Hope someone can help.

regards,
