Yes, quickprep requires a domain.
Actually, i've just tried configuring the entitlements and it will only allow me to select AD objects, so does VMware view just not work without AD?
Hi,

Im evaluating Vmware view 3.1. We're planning to use it for part of our network that doesn't have Windows AD. Is it possible to use an automated pool (linked clones), with a MS workgroup? It keeps trying to force me to use Quickprep which in turn is forcing me to connect to a domain.

Thanks
