Actually i am using this eval version for some developement version so not able to FTP the file from java code.

FTP is not SFTP or SCP.
This is disabled by default also in the licensed version.
In the link above you have the way to enable it.

PS: I never tried FTP on ESXi and subject to risk.

Yes. Trial version is the same of full version. Just time limited.

You can use SCP. Not sure about SFTP. You may need to allow SSH for SCP. Pls refer this links:

can we able to use sftp / scp in ESXi 3.5 trial version ?
