Shared folder shortcut to apache webserver
This should be fairly straight forward to do but It's proving the better of me at the moment. I have a windows xp pro virtual machine on which runs xamp, because I do most of my work in my mac env I use xp to test in IE. I have shared my workspace folder in the vm's settings panel and then I create a shortcut to the shared folder in apache's htdocs. This should all work fine, as it does with sym links on my mac but for some reason apache on the virtual machine doesnt seem to want to read the folders contents. If anyone has any ideas, I have two ears.
