Unfortunately you can not. If you are using vCenter Server you can write some custom SQL Queries or use 3rd party products such as Reflex VMC.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you do not have vCenter then you would need to parse the /var/log/vmware/hostd.log file.&lt;br /&gt;

      <description>Using Vmwaer Infrastructure client, i go to tasks  &amp;#38; events. It only shows me 2 days worth of events. How can i be able to see 2 weeks worth of events.&lt;br /&gt;

Is this within the VM? The vCenter Server? or within the VIC? that you want to view things? Event Viewer means a few different things.&lt;br /&gt;
