Blue screen - ndis.sys - on Vista Enterprise

Hello everyone,

Everything was working incredibly well with Fusion on my iMac/10.5.6 until last week. Since then, every day at least once or twice I see the blue screen originating from ndis.sys DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. There is no particular action that seems to invokes it. Any ideas on how to avoid the system crashing on me so frequently. I have included below detailed error messages and stack crawl from the crash.
