We use tha lantronix Ubox

http://www.alphamicro.net/components/product~line~11~id~511.asp

Works fine with FLexLM & Security Dongles and can connect diffrent machines to diffrent usb devices.

Uses a windows client unfortunatly but can be set as dedicated connection so the machine reconnects at boot time.

Welcome to the Forums.

As VMroyale says you will need to utilise a USB to IP product to install your USB dongle. This does give you the benefit of being able to vmotion the dongled guest from Host to Hoste as required.

Hello and welcome to the forums.

To use a USB dongle with ESX, you will need to use something like the AnywhereUSB which uses USB over IP.
