Smoothest upgrade yet. Upgraded the Tools in XP SP3, Vista SP1 x86 and x64, Ubuntu, OpenSUSE. Synching my USB devices (Palm Centro, Blackberry, iPhone, Polar IR) working beautifully too.

Wow: vmrun has been greatly improved. If you're "Terminal"ly-inclined you may never have to run the GUI.
