Hmmm, I'm personally stumped on this one, but I'll follow up with Jive to see if they know what might cause it. - Robert

Robert Dell'Immagine, Director of VMware Communities

I've had this problem again for about the last 10 days. My email setting for the general forum gets turned off each day, but not for other forums for which I get email notifications.

I'm having a problem with the Receive email notifications setting on the General forum in that I have to enable it each day. I don't have the problem on the VI forum. Although I don't think it is related, I'm pretty sure it started happening after my 30 day cookie expired and I had to start logging in each day.

On a related topic, I moved a thread between forums yesterday and the next user posted to the thread about 14 minutes later. The odd thing was that the notification email for the thread had the old forum listed in the email (but the next notification 20 minutes after that had the correct forum listed in the email.
