      <description>Fusion doesn't currently support cross-platform file associations, so you can't do that. The developers are aware the people would like this functionality, but VMware policy is to not comment on unannounced features, products, timelines, etc. so I can't say more.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Well, you can do what you literally said, but Windows Word wouldn't open the document, which I suspect is what you're really asking.</description>

      <description>I would like to open MS Word for Windows when I double click on a .doc//docx file automatically when I double click on the document.  How do I do this?</description>
