      <description>It seems the problem with the NTFS version used by Windows NT 4.0. VMWare Workstation 6.0 seems to support only NTFS 5.1 used by Windows 2000 and higher.&lt;br /&gt;
Solution: Convert the vmware image. From Workstation 6.0 menu bar, Click on File -&amp;gt; Import -&amp;gt; Standalone Virtual Machine -&amp;gt; Point to the vmware image vmx file and create full clone of this VM.</description>

      <description>Can anyone help me how to solve and fix this kind of problem?&lt;br /&gt;
The problem occured on VMware Workstation 6.00 build-45731&lt;br /&gt;
The message on the vmware screen is:&lt;br /&gt;
A disk read error occured. Insert a system diskette and restart.&lt;br /&gt;
(attached is a screenshot)&lt;br /&gt;
My VMware workstation is running on a Win XP Professional Japanese OS, and my VMware image is a Win NT workstation 4.0 Japanese OS.&lt;br /&gt;
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?</description>
