VM Player 2 guests on VM Server 2.0?

Downgrade? Nope.

Server 2.0 uses a newer virtual hardware version, and should be able to handle the virtual machines directly. I would always suggest making a backup first.

vHW 7 = Server 2 // Player 2.5 // WS 6.5 // Fusion 2
vHW 6 = Player 2.0, WS 6.0, Fusion 1
then it's Server 1.0, ESX 3.0 etc

EvilOne

1 - Check the documents
2 - Search the forums
3 - Post Question

And remember to award points to those who assist you.
