Virtualization rebate with Efficiency Vermont (www.efficiencyvermont.org)

I was just involved in another rebate meeting with a customer that went virtual and Efficiency Vermont to seek a virtualization incentive. This customer is simply providing the make/model and # of servers in the AS IS versus TO BE, and Efficiency Vermont reviews electrical data to compute a financial incentive. Efficiency Vermont prefers to be engaged prior to the implementation, and only considers servers virtualized in the current year.

You can contact Efficiency Vermont directly at 888-921-5990, or send me an email, and I'll connect you with the person I've been working with. Cheers! lucas.soler@competitive.com

Hello.

I do not believe there is an official group. I saw the disscussion and decided to ask the question. I work for a local HP/Vmware reseller in Burlington. We sponsored a VMware semminar at the Doubletree Hotel a couple of weeks a go and the question of starting local users group came up. There are about 10 different folks interested. We did make an unoficial rule that because the company I work for is a re-seller there will be no sales activity allowed at any group function unless invited by the group. If you are interested I can be reached by email gelkins@comport.com
