Avatars are now available. You know, the little icons that show up next to your name. It's time for something more exciting than boring guy/gal: 
Here's how:
- Log in
- Go to http://communities.vmware.com/people/<your-username>?view=profile
- Click "Change avatar" in the actions box
- Upload your avatar
- Select it to display
That's it! Avatars display 128 pixels x 128 pixels and 75 x 75 (depending on which page), so pick an image that is simple enough to be visible at a small size. Have fun!!
I'm starting with a computer screen, RDellimmagine, while I look for something more creative...
