There are many exciting things happening in 2009 in the area of 'SAP on VMware', and our joint customers and partners are very much at the center. A perfect example is the upcoming webcast (Thursday, Feb 5, 9 am PST) between Intel, SAP, Southwestern/Great American, and VMware. Scott Allen, Strategic Relationship Manager in Intel's Worldwide SAP Alliance, will give Intels's perspective on virtualization and discuss how Intel's technologies provide key benefits to 'SAP on VMware' customers. Roland Wartenberg of SAP will talk about SAP's virtualization strategy and proof points, and Ed Solima and Dave Brogan - the voices of the customer - will talk about their SAP/VMware/Intel implementation, its benefits, and the lessons learned.
