My experience with SAP is nothing short of horrible. One company needed to hire an entire team of administrators to control what amounts to little more than a glorified font end for Oracle SQL. It was supposed to make project and resource reporting more efficient, but instead required four times the fiddling that using excel timesheets needed to do the same job. Turns out buying the system was the only way the company could pay its was through otherwise undeserved ISO certification.
Can you enlighten us all as to why it has to be disabled on the policy server? Somehow sans the ad hominems, if possible. I realize this is digg, but give it a try
