It's very good that VMware has been persistent on this and i am really looking forward to using the solutions hopefully in 2008.

Jorad, that would be nice. At least the SAP users including the Basis Admins won't be confuse about the technical support on their SLD running on VMs.

Villamor, the ticket will generally be opened initially with SAP. VMware has engineers at SAP's headquarters who are integrated into SAP's support process.
