Dr. Wolgang Krips, Sr. VP at SAP Managed Services, gave an excellent keynote address today at VMworld Europe, taking place in Cannes. He spoke about his view and vision on how virtualization enables new business models and service innovations, that are needed to meet user requirements. You can see the keynote here.
